On a recent ChatGPT webinar from Bizbrains - one on my colleques requested for implementation of ChatGPT in link. To enhance flexible search possibilities
It would be great if it was possible to train ChatGPT on the code of Link polling connectors/transport types. I know I can look at examples on the Link3Public repo in case I want to create one but having ChatGPT build one for me with a prompt would be very nice.
Thank you very much! We'll take this input into account. I can't provide a clear roadmap for AI at this point, but I expect that we start planning/implementing the first steps in the autumn, 2023.
And in case of failed documents...we guess AI capabilities could be very useful throwing some understandable reasons and proposed actions to resolve failed documents related to already known error rules....
We have some users for LINK Portal that are not EDI specialists nor have a technical background. However they would like to understand if data is being transmitted to customers or request to resend on a easy way.
For example: Has customer ShopFashion123 received data for this order number 123456? Is customer ShopFashion456 sending any data to us? Show me anything related to this delivery note number? Can you resend PRICAT for customer ShopFashion789?...
We're right now (together with Microsoft) exploring the possibilities of AI and thinking a lot about how it could be incorporated in Link.
If I understand your idea correctly, you suggest that it would be possible to do a "free text search" in the tracking module. I.e. you'd like to able to input a phrase like "Show me all failed invoiced the last week and group them by partner".
Am I understanding this correctly? Do you have concrete examples of searches that could be relevant?

Yes, here are some examples:
