New Partner Onboarding Page

It would be great if Link had a page that could be shared with our partners.

It could be generated from the Partner's page in Link, something like "Invite to Connect" or "Send Connection Details" or "Create & Send onboard invite".

First the user could specify:

• if the connection should be in one direction (inbound or outbound) or bidirectional

• which connection types (AS/2, SFTP, etc.) should be available

• Documents to exchange

Afterwards Link could generate a URL. This URL could be shared directly via email or copied and pasted by the Link user to send to the partner manually.

Once the partner is on the onboarding page:

• They can select the connection type (AS/2, SFTP, etc.)

• If they are to send data to Link, then they can

  • Enter the information for the connection

  • Test if the connection works

• if they are to receive data from Link, then they can:

  • Enter enter the details for their connection

  • Test that Link can connect

• Enter their GLN and other identifiers

  • Expected on the UNB segment (for instance)

  • Expected on any other segments (the NAD+WH, or NAD+BY, etc.) segments

After that they could get a list of the documents in scope and maybe links to the EDIFACT specification documents.

I know this is very ambitious :) but I have seen similar things being provided by partners of ours.
