Additional HTTP methods

HTTP components in LINK are able to do PUT, POST and PATCH. In some cases we at least need to support GET but DELETE would also be nice to have.

HEAD, OPTIONS, TRACE and CONNECT, I don't see much use for but unless the underlying implementation is different, we might as well put them in there.

I think this should be added to the configuration, that is used by polling, itinerary, send, statusevent etc. even though it might not make much sense to do a GET on a send location, it's nice to have the option.
