Link->settings->changeLog is drowned with info from the xsltservice component
The XsltService Component seems to create, multiple bunches of the same, error codes , almost every time, a document is processed in an xslt-itiniary step in Link.
That drowns the change log / makes the log difficult to use.
Go to Link->settings->changelog and search for "Exception type" then drag "name" column to group by that column.
then open some of the groups and see that the Exceptions types / error codes are created over and over again.
Secondary bug/missing nice to have feature:
when grouping columns (in the ChangeLog), the number of rows/records in each group is not shown, which Link usually does, fx when grouping in tracking.
Det vil være helt fantastisk hvis rettelsen også kan omfatte fx et script som, ved opgradering af et miljø, kan fjerne alle de overflødige changelog-records der er lagt i vores miljøer - for ellers vil de fleste changelogs i praksis være gået tabt i oversvømmelserne.
På det vedhæftede skærmbillede kan ses at de samme logs optræder igen og igen.
yes det kan du tro, har lige oprettet en Aha mere med et feature-request.
