Make email address mandatory on stakeholders
We send emails to stakeholder in several cases. It gives some quite ugly exceptions when a stakeholder does not have an email address. The attached screenshot is the exception thrown when changing stakeholder in the UI.
We have the same problem. To mitigate from the problem we put in a noreply@ email address, so we don't get errors, when changing stakeholder. But it comes with a price, as emails are sent to the dummy mail address (which costs money - subscription service), only to avoid the GUI exceptions.

We will solve this concrete issue by handling the exception better.
